REGIONAL MANAGER

Liz Harrison

Liz qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2005, and having gained experienced in the nursing role then moved into Management in 2008. She has an extensive and broad knowledge of many areas of the Care sector gained in her various Management roles, including Residential Care, Supported Living, Day Services, and Outreach.

She is a highly motivated and experienced manager, who works hard at bringing her clinical skills together with her management skills to provide a well-rounded service provision to the care homes, its Registered Manager and the Service Users in their care.

THE MEADOWS

Robert Wilson
Home Manager

Robert is a highly experienced and motivated Registered Manager, who has been part of our business since July 2016. He has worked with the senior management team in this role, at a different Home that also caters for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental ill heath, Dual Diagnosis and complex behaviours that may challenge.

He has now stepped into the role of Registered Manager of The Meadows itself, and we are confident that his knowledge and experience will be positive influences on the Home.

Amongst his varied career, Rob has also had extensive experience working for a national care provider, where he successfully managed a 29 bedded unit for adults with Learning Disabilities.

Rob Holds a level 5 in social care for Adults and Children and is one of our qualified BILD trained, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) coaches; We are confident that these skills and qualifications can only enhance the operation of The Meadows Home and the experiences of the Service Users.

Louise Bull
Deputy Manager

Louise started working with our senior management team at a different Home, in 2011, where she progressed from Team Leader to Deputy Manager and then to Acting Manager. She has also been Registered Manager at a service for Behaviours of Concern and Forensic histories. Louise has now relocated to join The Meadows management team as Deputy Manager.

She is a highly skilled and motivated person, with over 20 years’ experience working with older people and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, both in hospital settings and residential care homes. She has also worked with a wide range of service users in their own homes.

Louise has a wealth of knowledge and a good skills base working with adults with multiple diagnosis and behaviours of concern. She has NVQ level 5 qualification and is one of our qualified (BILD) trained, positive behaviour support coaches (PBS)
